Partial Order Fulfilment
Where a single order contains multiple products, Sahii.in reserves the right to dispatch all available products while cancelling one or more unavailable, damaged, restricted, discontinued, or otherwise non-fulfillable items.

The Sahii Wallet is a digital wallet maintained within the customer's Sahii.in account. Wallet balances may consist of refund credits, goodwill credits, promotional credits (where specifically designated), or other credits issued by Sahii.in.
Unless otherwise stated, wallet balances are non-transferable and may only be used in accordance with these Terms.
Use of Wallet Balance
Eligible wallet balances may be used towards purchases made on Sahii.in.
Wallet credits may be applied to a maximum of 20% of the total order value during checkout unless Sahii.in expressly specifies otherwise for a particular promotion or campaign.
The remaining balance of the order must be paid using one of the available payment methods.
Validity of Refund Wallet Credits
Refund amounts credited to the Sahii Wallet shall remain valid for six (6) months from the date they are credited.

Unused eligible wallet credits shall automatically expire upon completion of the six-month validity period without further notice and shall not be reinstated except at the sole discretion of Sahii.in or where required by applicable law.
Withdrawal of Refund Wallet Credits
Customers may request withdrawal of eligible refund wallet balances to their registered bank account.

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1-5 business days, although actual credit timelines may vary depending upon banking systems.
Wallet balances that have expired shall not be eligible for withdrawal.
Sahii.in reserves the right to reject or suspend withdrawal requests where fraud, misuse, chargebacks, or suspicious activity is suspected.
Sahii.in may, at its sole discretion, issue promotional Sahii Coins, bonus wallet credits, cashback rewards, loyalty rewards, referral incentives, or similar promotional benefits.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Where no validity period is specified, Sahii.in reserves the right to determine the validity period at its sole discretion.
Expired promotional credits shall automatically lapse without compensation or notice.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by Sahii.in, approved refunds shall first be credited to the customer's Sahii Wallet.
Customers may subsequently request withdrawal of eligible refund wallet balances in accordance with the Wallet provisions contained in these Terms.
Refunds shall not be issued for circumstances where the customer has forfeited refund rights under these Terms or the applicable policies, including customer-attributable Return to Origin (RTO) shipments.
Shipping, delivery timelines, courier partners, Return to Origin (RTO), delivery attempts, shipment tracking, and related matters are governed by the Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and shall not constitute guaranteed delivery commitments.
Sahii.in shall not be liable for delays arising from:

Return eligibility, warranty coverage, inspection procedures, replacement conditions, refund eligibility, and warranty exclusions are governed exclusively by the Refund, Return & Warranty Policy.

For display assemblies and similar electronic spare parts, protective films, seals, and quality labels must remain intact until testing has been successfully completed.
