Shipping Policy


1. What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery timelines depend on various factors such as product availability, delivery location, warehouse processing time, and courier partner serviceability. The estimated delivery time within India is 3–7 working days. Deliveries to remote or non-metro regions may take longer.

While we make every effort to deliver orders on or before the estimated date, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or operational disruptions. If your order is delayed beyond a reasonable period, our support team will keep you informed.


2. Where do you ship?

Currently, Sahii.in delivers only within India. We do not support international shipping at this time.


3. How much is the delivery cost / shipping fee?

Shipping charges vary depending on the product, delivery location, and courier partner. Most products on Sahii.in include free shipping unless otherwise mentioned. Please review your order summary before checkout to view the exact shipping charges, if applicable.


4. What are the rules for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?

For COD orders, an advance payment of ₹150 is required at the time of placing the order. The remaining amount must be paid in cash or UPI upon delivery. This advance helps cover partial shipping and verification costs, ensures order authenticity, and reduces fraudulent orders.


5. When will deliveries take place?

Our courier partners deliver orders between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on working days. If you are unable to receive the parcel, please ensure that someone (family, friend, neighbor, security guard) is available at the address to accept the shipment on your behalf.


6. Order Cancellation and Address Changes

Cancellations: You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, standard return policies apply.
Address Modification: Changes to the delivery address can only be requested before the order is dispatched. Once handed over to the courier, we cannot guarantee address changes.


7. What if I am not available to receive the shipment?

Couriers generally attempt delivery 2–3 times. If all attempts fail, the parcel is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and sent back to us. A reshipping charge will apply if you want the order dispatched again to the same or a new address.


8. How will I be notified about my order?

9. How will the packaging look upon delivery?

All items from Sahii Spare Parts are packed in strong, tamper-proof packaging designed to protect delicate components and ensure safe delivery.


10. What to do if the package arrives damaged?

If the package looks tampered with or severely damaged upon delivery, do not accept it. If you accept a package and later find physical damage to the item, you must record an unboxing video showing the intact package being opened and the damaged part, and share it with us within 24 hours of delivery.


11. What should I do if my package shows as delivered but I haven't received it?

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

If still not found, contact our support team within 24 hours of the delivery status update. Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted due to courier partner policies.
