Discharge the battery below 25% before disassembling to prevent thermal risks.

Secure a suction handle to the rear glass's lower edge.
If the rear glass is cracked, use strong tape or superglue to secure the suction handle in place and allow it to cure.
Apply more heat if needed, but follow iOpener instructions to avoid overheating.
Insert a second opening pick and slide it to the bottom left corner to cut the adhesive.
Insert a third opening pick at the bottom left corner.
Check if the adhesive has cooled down and is hard to cut.
Inserting an opening pick deeper than 5 mm can damage the fingerprint connector.
Do not remove the rear glass yet, as the fingerprint cable is still connected.
Place the rear glass on the suction handle and position it at an angle, allowing it to rest against the right side of the phone.

Disconnect the display flex cable using a spudger.
Peel off the black ends of the adhesive strips using a pair of tweezers.
Use a pair of tweezers to carefully pull out the adhesive tabs from underneath the battery.
Apply a heated iOpener to the screen and maintain it for at least two minutes to loosen the adhesive underneath the battery.
Careful handling is crucial for removing the soft-shell lithium-ion battery to avoid damage that could lead to leakage, fire, or explosion.
Insert a plastic tool or playing card into the gap.
Never use a damaged or deformed battery — risk of fire or electrical shock.
