Have a set of replacement adhesives ready before proceeding: one for the rear glass and one for the rear camera cover.
Never apply excessive heat to the phone's components.
Alternatively, you can also use a hair dryer, heat gun, or hot plate. However, exercise caution to avoid overheating the phone's display and internal battery.
Attach a suction handle to the rear glass's bottom edge, as close to the edge as possible.
Do not leave the opening pick unattended as it may reseal the adhesive.
Leave the picks in place to prevent resealing.
Adhesive hardened? Reheat it with your iOpener.
Insert opening pick at top left corner.
Insert a fifth opening pick under the top right corner.
Do not remove the rear glass all the way yet, as the camera cover and fingerprint assembly remain adhered.
Locate the camera cover and fingerprint assembly on the rear glass.
If adhesive is too strong, apply a heated iOpener to the camera cover for 1-2 minutes before proceeding.
