You will require replacement adhesive for reassembly.
Switch off your phone.
Secure a suction handle to the lower edge of the rear glass, as close to the edge as possible.
If the rear glass is cracked, the suction handle may not stick; try using strong tape or superglue it in place and let it cure before proceeding.
If needed, apply more heat to further soften the adhesive; follow iOpener instructions to avoid overheating.
Insert a second opening pick and guide it to the bottom left corner.
Leaving the opening picks in place will prevent the adhesive from resealing.
Insert a third opening pick at the bottom left corner.
If necessary, use your iOpener to reheat the adhesive as it cools and hardens.
Insert a fourth opening pick under the top left corner of the rear glass.
Remove the rear glass carefully.
Ensure all remaining adhesive is removed before proceeding to reinstallation — failure to do so may result in damage during reassembly.
Locate and remove the ten Phillips #00 screws, each with a length of 3 mm.
Insert opening pick at top right corner of motherboard cover.
Careful handling is required to avoid damaging the internal components.
Use a spudger to pry up and disconnect the battery flex cable.
Use tweezers to carefully remove the copper tape from the motherboard.
Use a flat-ended spudger to gently lift and release the flex cable of the front camera.
Remove the front camera by lifting it out with a pair of tweezers.
