Xiaomi Poco M3 Screen Replacement

Reusing a deformed lithium-ion battery is a potential safety hazard and can lead to fire or explosion if punctured.

  • Remove the battery, discharging it below 25% first, as instructed in this guide.
  • Replace a deformed battery with a new one if damaged during removal.
  • Ensure you have the correct replacement screen, either standalone or pre-installed in a new frame (chassis), for your Xiaomi Poco M3.
  • You'll need replacement adhesive to reattach components when reassembling the device.

  • If the tray holds a SIM card, it will fall out easily.

When reinserting the SIM card, ensure it's in the correct orientation inside the SIM card tray.

Check if the thin rubber gasket around the SIM card tray is intact. If damaged or missing, replace the gasket or the entire SIM card tray to protect your Poco M3's internal components.
