Vivo x60 Pro Plus Battery Replacement

Pre-heating the backside is crucial before removal, as it's primarily bonded with glue.

• Apply heat to loosen adhesive, then carefully pry off the back panel.

• Remove the screws using a PH000 screwdriver.

Note: The red screws are equal length/size, while the blue screws are shorter.

Remove the plate.

• Disconnect the connector.

Remove the black plate with antenna, now free from surrounding components.

• This will expose one of two battery connectors for access.

The phone has been rotated by 180 degrees.

• Remove the right plate using a screwdriver.
• Disconnect both battery connectors with a plastic spudger.

Remove the transparent tapes by peeling them off, moving them towards the outside of the phone. Note that these cannot be removed entirely.

• Peel the upper tape in the direction indicated by the arrow.
• Peel the lower tape in the direction indicated by the arrow.

Do not attempt to remove the tapes completely, as they are glued to the device.

The green transparent tape should remain in its original position for now.

• Pull the green transparent tape with one hand.
• Hold the device with your other hand to maintain control.
• The battery should slowly come free.

Replace the battery.

• Reverse the disassembly steps.
• The back cover has adhesive and will remain in place once pushed back into position.
