Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro not Showing an Image

If the phone is powered on but unresponsive, refer to troubleshooting solutions.

Step 1 | Phone Has Failed to Turn on Due to Lack of Charge

Connect the device to a charger before attempting to turn it on.

  • Try powering on while still connected to the charger.
  • If issues persist, leave the device connected to the charger for an extended period to ensure maximum charge.

Do not attempt to diagnose screen issues without a fully charged battery.

Step 2 | Software Malfunction/Device Overload

Screen issues may occur on the Samsung XCover Pro due to excessive software processes.

  • Reboot the phone: turn off, then turn back on.

This allows time for the device to clear unneeded processes and restore normal functionality.

Step 3 | Screen/Backlight Component is Faulty

If the screen shows no image but audio is present or the phone indicates it's active, try forcing a shutdown.

  • Hold down both the power button and one of the volume buttons for approximately 10 seconds.
  • If this doesn't resolve the issue, proceed to our screen replacement guide for further assistance.

Step 4 | Device Motherboard Failure

Potential system failures may be caused by faulty motherboard connections or complete motherboard failure.

  • Inspect the motherboard for damaged components and connectors.
  • Replace the motherboard if necessary, following a detailed repair guide.
