- Locate and pull out the memory card.
- Insert a new memory card into the tray, ensuring it is securely seated.
- Replace the memory card tray.
Step 1 | Battery Replacement
- Hold the phone securely in both hands, placing one hand flat against the back of the device.
- Pry open the back cover by applying gentle pressure.

Lift the battery out with a small plastic spudger.
Be careful not to damage any internal components.
