Samsung Galaxy S9 Midframe assembly Replacement
Removing or replacing the plastic frames can damage the sensitive components inside.
- Remove the NFC coil and antenna assembly covers.
- Take note of any adhesive strips securing the covers in place.
- Set aside any screws, clips, or other fasteners removed during disassembly.
Step 1 | Midframe assembly
Remove 15 x 4mm screws using a #000 Phillips screwdriver.
Step 2
Disconnect and remove the NFC coil assembly.
Step 3
Remove motherboard bracket.
Step 4
Remove the speaker cover/antenna assembly.
