Follow these steps to remove the logic board from a Galaxy S8+:

Prepare an anti-static work surface and ground yourself before proceeding.
Remove the screws holding down the mid frame.
Disconnect the battery connector and other relevant cables.
Carefully lift the logic board out of its housing.
