Disassembly may cause damage to your device or void its warranty.
- Start by removing the SIM card tray from the top edge of the phone.
- Screw out the five Torx T5 screws at the bottom edge of the device.
- Remove the back cover and the midframe assembly as one piece.

Do not handle your phone with bare hands after heating the adhesive.
- Apply a blow dryer directly to the screen to melt the adhesive.
The phone is hot, and direct contact can cause burns.
Step 2
Seperation may compromise water tightness.
- Insert a metal spudger between screen and frame to start separation.
- For easier removal, use multiple metal spudgers.
Step 3
Apply a hair dryer to the affected area of the phone.
- Hold the dryer in place for several seconds, allowing it to heat up.
- Slide a metal spudger around the phone, taking care not to scratch any components.
Step 4
Hold the screen in place with one hand and lift it upwards using the other.
Wash your hands thoroughly with hot water and soap when finished to prevent contamination.
