Samsung Galaxy S6 Rear Glass Adhesive Replacement

Removing the rear glass panel will destroy its adhesive, so replacing it requires extra steps.

  • Remove any remaining adhesive from the old panel using a lint-free cloth and high-concentration isopropyl alcohol (at least 90%).
  • Replace the adhesive tape with new strips, following their packaging instructions for dimensions and color specifics.
  • Before sealing, test your repair by turning on your phone.
