Run a plastic opening tool gently down the left inner side of the interior frame.
Separate the two halves of the midframe, which encases the motherboard.
Be cautious not to flex the interior half of the midframe, as it supports the motherboard.
Separate the two halves of the midframe by gently pulling the silver bezel away from the interior section.
Remove any remaining silver bezel corners with a plastic opening tool.
Careful removal of the interior midframe/motherboard assembly to avoid damaging surrounding components.
Wedge the spudger tip under the antenna cable connector.
Remove the single 3.0mm Phillips #000 screw holding the motherboard in place.
Do not attempt to fully remove the motherboard, it remains secured.
This will allow access to the connectors on the rear without detaching the motherboard completely.
Use a flat-end spudger to carefully lift the daughterboard connector directly upwards from its socket.
Take care not to damage the soft button ribbon cables.
Flip the midframe/motherboard assembly back over.
Insert the flat end of a spudger carefully into the gap between the daughterboard cable and the interior midframe.
Reinsert the spudger between the daughterboard and interior midframe.
