Turn off your phone.
- Press and hold Volume Up, Home, and Power keys simultaneously.
- Release the Power key once the Galaxy logo appears, but continue to press Volume Up and Home keys.
Step 2
Press the Power On key to navigate to the Android System Recovery menu.
- Use the Volume Up/Down keys to select options.
- Select wipe cache partition, then choose Yes -- delete all user data.
- Press the Power On key for final confirmation and reboot the system.
