Samsung Galaxy S23 USB-C Port and Daughterboard Replacement

Replacing the USB-C port and daughterboard may compromise your Samsung Galaxy S23's water resistance and IP rating.

  • Since the USB-C port is soldered to the daughterboard, you must replace both parts together.

This repair will require reapplying back cover adhesive to maintain some level of water resistance, but the device's original IP rating may be lost.
