Samsung Galaxy S22 Earpiece Speaker Replacement

Removing or replacing the earpiece speaker on your Samsung Galaxy S22 requires following these steps.

Step 1 | Heat the bottom edge

Step 1 image

Allow your phone's battery to drain below 25% before commencing this repair to avoid potential fire risk from a damaged lithium-ion battery.

  • Apply heat to the bottom edge of the back cover using an iOpener for two minutes, or use an alternative heat source like a hair dryer, heat gun, or hot plate.
  • Be cautious not to overheat the phone, as excessive heat can damage the display and internal battery.
