Locate the following components on the motherboard:

  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1: Octa-Core Processor
  • Samsung K3LK7K70BM-BGCP: 8 GB Mobile LPDDR5 SDRAM Memory
  • Samsung KLUDG4UHDC-B0E1: 128 GB NAND Flash Memory (UFS 3.1)
  • Maxim MAX77705C: Power Management IC
  • Qualcomm PM3003: Power Management IC
  • Silicon Mitus SM3010: Power Management IC
  • Knowles MEMS Microphone

Locate the following components:

  • NXP Semiconductor SN220U NFC Controller w/ Secure Element
  • Qualcomm SMR546 RF Transceiver
  • NXP Semiconductor BGU8103 GPS / GLONASS / Galileo / BeiDou Low Noise Amplifier
  • Qualcomm 1G2W5 Front End Module (likely)
  • Murata 451 Antenna Switch Module (likely)
  • Infineon BGSA20UGL8 Dual SPST Antenna Aperture Shunt Switch

Locate the Austria Microelectronics sensor module.

  • Check for labels indicating it is an Ambient Light, Color, Gesture, and Proximity sensor.

Locate the Cirrus Logic CS35L40 Audio Amplifier, Cirrus Logic CS40L26 Haptic Driver, and Renesas P9320S Wireless Power Transceiver on the board.

  • Identify the Qualcomm PM8350 Power Management and Qualcomm PMR735A Power Management components.
  • Find the Vishay DG2730 2-Port DPDT Analog Switch.
  • Lastly, locate the Goertek MEMS Microphone.

Locate the IC labels on the motherboard.

  • The Qualcomm PM8350C, Samsung S2MPB02, and Qualcomm PM8450 are power management components.
  • The Qualcomm PMK8450 is a clock generator IC (likely).
  • The Maxscend MXD8643 SP4T Antenna Switch and MXD8638C SP3T Antenna Switch are antenna switch components.
  • The Maxscend MXDLN16GE is a low noise amplifier for GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou satellite signals.

Locate the ICs on the board and identify them using their markings:

  • Qualcomm SDR735 RF Transceiver
  • Qualcomm QPM6815 Front-End Module
  • Qualcomm QPM6810 Front-End Module
  • Qualcomm QDM3572 Antenna Switch Module
  • Qualcomm WCN6856 WiFi 6/6E & Bluetooth 5.3
  • Qorvo QM45391 Front-End Module
  • Infineon BGSX22G5A10 DPDT Antenna Cross Switch

Locate the accelerometer and gyroscope module, manufactured by STMicroelectronics.

  • Identify the pressure sensor, also produced by STMicroelectronics.
  • Find the electronic compass, a component from AKM Semiconductor.

  • The radio module contains a Murata SAYRH634MBA0C0A, which is a duplexer for band 71.
  • Additionally, it includes a Murata SAFFB722MAA0F0A, which is a SAW filter for band 29.
  • The module also features a Murata SAFFB2G45MA0F0A SAW filter for ISM frequency, specifically at 2.4G.
