Locate the three snap-on ribbon cable connectors on the motherboard.

Remove the power button ribbon cable from the phone using a Plastic Opening Tool.
Be careful not to damage the power button or its connecting ribbon cable when detaching.
The remaining adhesive allows for easy reinstallation of the power button without additional glue.
With the motherboard removed, access the Headset Jack and Ear Speaker.
Disconnect the Earpiece Speaker by prying it gently using a Plastic Opening Tool.
Apply heat using a heat gun or hairdryer to loosen the adhesive securing the touch panel.
Wear heat-resistant gloves to avoid burns when handling the heated screen.
Use a plastic opening tool or guitar pick to carefully remove the touch panel.
The adhesive may re-bond as you work; reheat it as needed for smooth removal.
