The SIM card handles signal transmission and contact memory. If call issues persist, consider replacing it. To remove, simply extract like a battery with your bare hands.
Locate the opening near the headphone jack at the top of the phone.
Locate the small crevice on the lower left side of the back panel.
Use either your fingernail or a plastic tool to gently pry the battery loose from its mounting point at the back of the phone.
Remove seven 4.0 mm screws from the rear case using a Phillips head screwdriver.
Push the SIM Card into the metal slot located above the battery holder.
