Samsung Galaxy R Rear Case Replacement
A cracked or broken rear case can expose internal components to damage and potential failure, so replacement may prevent future issues.
- Insert fingers into the notch at the top of the phone.
- Pry the rear case away from the rest of the phone.

Locate the small gap next to the headphone jack. Use a fingernail or a plastic tool to gently pry the rear case away from the midframe.
- Pry carefully along the edges until the rear case is loose.
- Remove the rear case completely.
