Step 1 | Battery

Lift the back cover by inserting a small spudger into the tab next to the power button.

Pry open the initial lift point on the power button side of the phone.
Continue to raise the back cover around its edges.

Step 2

Lift up on the thumb tab at the bottom right corner of the battery bay.

Step 3

Insert the battery with its metal contacts facing the phone's terminals.

Place one edge of the battery into the device, aligning it with the metal contacts on the phone.
Secure another edge of the battery in its designated bay.
