Replace the rear camera on your Samsung Galaxy Note9 with these steps:
Insert the SIM card eject tool into the hole on the SIM card tray.
Press firmly until the SIM card tray is ejected.
Remove the SIM card tray.
The SIM card will fall out of the tray easily.
Power off your phone.
Apply a suction handle to the back cover.
If the glass is badly cracked, cover it in packing tape to create a surface for the suction cup to adhere to.
Do not apply excessive force; instead, reapply heat if the adhesive won't budge.
Be cautious when cutting around the camera bezel and top edge, as there is extra adhesive.
Start at the center of the device.
Do not insert the pick more than halfway into the phone near the fingerprint sensor or cameras, as this may damage internal components.
Be cautious near the corner as the glass is fragile.
Apply heat using a heat gun, hair dryer, or iOpener to the left side of the rear panel for 3 minutes to loosen the adhesive.
Careful around corners, glass is weakest there.
Insert the opening pick into the upper-left corner of the rear panel and carefully slice through the adhesive.
Apply additional heat as needed with an iOpener, hair dryer, or heat gun to assist in cutting the adhesive.
Separate the right side of the rear cover first.
Tilt the cover up along the left edge to expose the fingerprint sensor ribbon cable.
Do not pull out the fingerprint sensor ribbon cable yet, as it might remain attached to the midframe.
Use the tip of a spudger to carefully lift the fingerprint sensor ribbon cable out of its socket.
Remove the back cover.
To avoid damaging your phone, test it after completing this step.
Only apply new adhesive after verifying your phone is functioning properly.
