Replace the display assembly in your Samsung Galaxy Note9 using the following steps:
Remove the SIM card tray.
Power off your phone.
Apply heat using a hairdryer, heatgun, or an iOpener to the right edge of the back for about 1 minute to soften the adhesive.
Apply a suction handle to the back cover.
If glass is badly cracked, cover it in packing tape for suction cup adhesion.
Avoid excessive force; apply more heat instead to remove adhesive if necessary.
Careful cutting near the fingerprint sensor may damage the ribbon cable.
More adhesive is present along the top edge and camera bezel than elsewhere on the phone.
Risk of damage to internal components if the opening pick is inserted too far.
Careful handling near the bottom-right corner is required due to fragile glass.
Apply heat to the left side of the rear panel using a heat gun, hair dryer, or iOpener for 3 minutes.
Be cautious when working near corners, as glass is particularly vulnerable there.
Apply heat using an iOpener, hair dryer, or heat gun if necessary.
Remove the right side of the rear cover.
The fingerprint sensor cover may remain attached to the midframe.
Use the tip of a spudger to gently lift the fingerprint sensor ribbon cable out of its socket.
Remove the back cover.
Do not apply new adhesive until you have tested your repair and ensured it functions properly.
Remove the nine 4 mm screws using a Phillips screwdriver.
Note: The midframe may snap back into place during removal.
Remove the wireless charging coil from the battery, starting on the left side.
Apply wireless charging coil last during reassembly, snapping midframe into place first.
Disconnect the orange ribbon cable using the tip of a spudger.
Remove nine 4 mm Phillips screws from the plastic cover adjacent to the battery.
Remove the plastic cover adjacent to the battery.
Be careful, as the lower midframe may snap back into place.

Remove the charging assembly with a pair of tweezers.
Apply a few drops of 90% isopropyl alcohol into the battery well along the bottom and upper-left corner.
Apply a suction cup to the battery.
Do not bend the battery, as this can cause damage. It may take multiple attempts for the suction cup to adhere properly; apply it as close to the center of the battery as possible and avoid the white sticker at the bottom.
Careful not to tear the copper foil.
Use a spudger to carefully lift the left side of the front sensor array.
Do not attempt to remove the front sensor array yet or it may be damaged.
