Apply a suction cup near the heated edge of the rear cover.

Heat and cut the adhesive along the remaining three sides of the rear cover.
If the rear cover remains attached, try slicing adhesive again with a new opening pick.
Remove the rear cover by lifting it straight up.

Use a spudger to pry up the battery press connector, taking care to only pry under its edge.

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the five 4.0 mm screws that secure the loudspeaker to the frame.
