Step 1 | Remove the SIM card tray
Do not insert the SIM eject tool into a microphone hole — risk of damaging internal components.
- Insert a SIM eject tool, bit, or straightened
into the SIM card tray hole. - Press firmly to eject the tray.
- Remove the SIM card tray from the phone.
If you accidentally inserted the tool into a microphone hole, no damage is likely sustained.
