Power off your phone completely before disassembly.
be careful not to overheat the phone-the display and internal battery are both susceptible to heat damage

Apply a suction cup as close to the heated edge of the back panel as possible.
If your back glass is badly cracked, cover it with clear packing tape or use strong tape for better adhesion.
Insert an opening pick into the created gap.
Do not insert the opening pick more than halfway into the phone.
Insert a second opening pick and slide it along the left side toward the top left corner.
Prepare an iOpener and apply it to the top edge of the phone for 1 minute.
Insert the third opening pick into the top edge gap.
Apply iOpener to the right edge of the phone for 1 minute.
Insert a fourth opening pick into the gap on the right side, sliding it down towards the bottom right corner.
Remove the back panel by lifting it upwards.
Remove the five 4 mm Phillips head screws using a Phillips screwdriver.
Use tweezers to lift and flip the metal shield over the battery connector.
Hold the metal shield away from the area.
Use the pointed end of a spudger to carefully disconnect the wireless charging coil connector from the motherboard.
Hold the metal shielding at an angle to access the area.
Remove the loudspeaker by unscrewing the five 4 mm Phillips screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Remove the loudspeaker with a pair of tweezers.
Use the pointed end of a spudger to disconnect the main interconnect cable from the daughterboard.
Disconnect and remove both interconnect cables.
Disconnect the display cable from the motherboard using the pointed end of a spudger.
Disconnect the S-Pen charging coil connector using the pointed end of a spudger.
Insert the pointed tip of a spudger into the gap between the earpiece speaker and the phone's frame, located near the top right of the speaker.
Be careful not to damage any surrounding components.
Remove the earpiece speaker from its recess using a pair of tweezers.
Some light adhesive may be securing the earpiece speaker — ensure to remove any old adhesive before replacement.
