This guide is for removing or replacing the loudspeaker on your Samsung Galaxy Note10+ 5G. Note that the steps are based on a non-5G model, and any minor image discrepancies won't impact the repair process.
Power off your phone completely before disassembling it.
Be careful not to overheat the phone, as both the display and internal battery are susceptible to heat damage. Use a hair dryer, heat gun, or hot plate with caution.
Use caution when handling superglue.
Be careful when applying additional heat as older phones may require more pressure.
Do not insert the opening pick more than halfway into the phone, as this risks damaging internal components.
Continue heating and cutting the remaining three sides of the phone.
Remove the rear cover by lifting it straight up.
Do not proceed with reinstalling new adhesive or sealing until you have confirmed your repair is successful.
Remove the wireless charging coil by unscrewing its five 4mm Philips head screws.
Use a tweezers to carefully lift up and flip back the metal shield covering the battery connector.
Hold the metal shield aside.
Disconnect the wireless charging coil connector from the motherboard using the pointed end of a spudger.
Tilt the metal shielding upwards so you can grip it.
Be careful when handling the wireless charging coil due to its delicate nature and adhesive attachment.
Peel the wireless charging coil away from the device, working carefully around any connectors or attachments.
Remove the wireless charging coil.
Remove the loudspeaker's mounting screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Remove the loudspeaker with a pair of tweezers.
