Samsung Galaxy Note Edge Front Camera Replacement
If your device is not capturing photos or video correctly, a faulty camera may be the cause.
- Follow this guide to replace the front camera.
Step 1 | Front Camera
Place device face down on a clean surface.
- Remove back cover using Spudger, starting from the notch at top left.
Step 2
Locate the battery notch underneath the battery.
Use a spudger to carefully pry the battery out from its notch location.
Note: We did not have access to a battery during this guide's creation, so proceed with caution and refer to manufacturer documentation for specific removal procedures.
Step 3
Remove the stylus from its protective case.
Step 4
Remove the Philips #000 screwdriver and use it to unscrew the fifteen 4mm screws.
Step 5
Remove the black chassis using a Spudger.
- Expose the motherboard
Step 6
Use a Spudger to carefully pry the camera's connector loose.
- Remove the camera from its slot using a Spudger.
