If your device is not capturing photos or video correctly, a faulty camera may be the cause.
Place device face down on a clean surface.
Locate the battery notch underneath the battery.
Use a spudger to carefully pry the battery out from its notch location.
Note: We did not have access to a battery during this guide's creation, so proceed with caution and refer to manufacturer documentation for specific removal procedures.
Remove the stylus from its protective case.
Remove the Philips #000 screwdriver and use it to unscrew the fifteen 4mm screws.
Remove the black chassis using a Spudger.
Use a Spudger to carefully pry the camera's connector loose.
