Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Rear Facing Camera Lens Replacement

Replace the rear-facing camera lens in your Galaxy Note 4 smartphone using these instructions.

Step 1 | Rear Case

Insert the fingernail or plastic opening tool into the divot to the left of the rear-facing camera.

  • Pry gently and twist to remove the flexible rear cover from the back of the phone.

Step 2 | Rear Facing Camera Lens

Remove the rear-facing camera ring using a pair of tweezers.

  • If needed, use the tweezers to run along the sides of the ring to loosen it.

Remove the camera ring adhesive using a pair of tweezers.

Step 4

Use a pair of tweezers to gently pry the rear-facing camera lens free.

  • Slide one tip of the tweezers underneath the camera lens.
  • Pry upwards with the tweezers to remove the camera lens.
