Ensure the device is completely turned off before proceeding.

• Locate the slot in the top left corner of the phone's back panel.
• Insert a plastic opening tool or your fingernail into the slot and pull up on the back plate.
• Once one corner is released, slide your finger between the back plate and the phone to release additional connectors.

Insert fingertip into the slot at the base of the battery.

• Pull gently upwards to release the battery.
• Remove the battery.

Remove six 3.45 mm Phillips #000 screws from the bottom of the speaker assembly.

• Gently insert a plastic opening tool through the inside groove of the speaker assembly.
• The top part will pop free; gently lift up with your fingers to remove the speaker.
