Samsung Galaxy J7 Volume Button Replacement
Step 1 | Back Cover
Locate the tab on the top left corner of the back cover.
- Insert a fingernail or a plastic opening tool under the tab and lift it gently.
- Pry open the cover working around its edges, removing it completely.
If the cover is stuck, do not force it open. Use a plastic opening tool to avoid scratching the case instead.
Step 2 | Volume Button
Remove the volume button panel.
Step 3
Locate the volume button on the reverse of the panel.
Step 4
Use tweezers to carefully lift the rubber tabs out of their slots.
Step 5
Press the push button firmly towards you until it releases.
