Samsung Galaxy J3V Front Camera Replacement
Replace a faulty front camera on your Samsung Galaxy J3V with these steps.
Step 1 | Front Camera
Locate the top left corner of the device and insert your thumb to pry open the tab.
Lift the back cover off completely.
Step 2
Use a Phillips #J000 screwdriver to remove the ten 2.0 mm screws.
Step 3
Use a suction cup to lift the screen.
- Insert a plastic opening tool under the screen and gently pry it up.
- If this is the first time removing the screen, there may be adhesive around the edges. Be prepared for some force and multiple attempts to remove the entire screen.
Step 4
Remove the front camera by flipping its tab with tweezers.
