Remove the SD and SIM card first, as they can be easily damaged.

  • Dispose of them when switching network providers or upgrading storage capacity.

Step 1 | Back Cover

Use a fingernail to pry open the back cover by inserting it into the removal slot and pulling back gently.

Step 2 | Battery

Power off the device completely.

  • Locate the battery removal slot.
  • Pry out the battery with a fingernail to release it.

Step 3 | SD and SIM Cards

Slide the SD and SIM cards out with your finger.
