Samsung Galaxy J3 Mission Screen Replacement

Step 1 | Back Cover

Insert your fingernail into the back cover removal slot and gently pull back until it comes free.

Step 2 | Battery

Ensure the device is switched off.

  • Press the battery release mechanism with a finger to remove the battery.

Step 3 | Screen

Careful handling required around the home button to avoid damaging its tabs.

  • Lift the screen using an iFixit opening tool from one vertical side of the phone, prying gently until loose.
  • Remove the small plastic brace connecting the damaged screen to the assembly with an iFixit opening tool.
