Samsung Galaxy J3 Emerge Screen Replacement
The Samsung Galaxy J3 Emerge Model SM-J327P may require a new screen if the display is unresponsive, the phone won't turn on, or if the original screen is cracked.
- Apply heat to loosen the adhesive using a hairdryer.
Step 1 | Screen
Apply heat to the screen edges using a hair dryer.
- Insert an iFixit Opening Tool between the screen and body, prying open the edge of the screen.
- Use the iFixit Opening Tools to gently pry around the entire screen, breaking the adhesive bond.
Step 2
The screen may crack if lifted improperly.
- Lift the screen upwards from the bottom.
- Open the gray cover using a pry tool.
Step 3
- Pry the connector off the motherboard with a clean nail or an iFixit opening tool.
