Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime Battery Replacement

If your device won't turn on, holds no charge, or won't charge at all, replace the battery.

Step 1 | Battery

Lift the back cover tab using a blue plastic opening tool.
Work your way along the edge, completing removal of the back cover.

Step 2 | Remove the battery.

Remove the old battery by lifting up on the thumb tab.

Periodically clean the brass terminals on the battery and the phone. Use a Q-tip with a minute amount of ISO to gently clean the connections.
