Samsung Galaxy Attain 4G Rear Housing Replacement
Step 1 | Placement
Turn the device over to its back, with the screen facing downwards.
Step 2 | Battery Door Removal
- Locate the small notch at the top of the device.
- Pry off the battery door using a pwy tool or your fingernail.
Step 3 | Battery Removal
Remove the battery door and set it aside.
- Pry the battery upwards using a pry tool or your fingernail.
- The battery is now removed.
Step 4 | Heads Up!
Ensure the battery's orientation arrow is facing downwards during replacement.
Step 5 | Screw Removal
Remove the 6 Phillips head screws securing the rear housing.
Step 6 | Prying
Use a spudger or plastic pry tool to carefully loosen the clips holding the display and rear housing together.
- Gently work around the phone's edges, starting from one corner.
- Apply gentle pressure to release each clip, moving slowly and evenly.
Step 7 | Remove Housing
Remove the rear housing from the display assembly.
