Samsung Galaxy A71 Charging Board Replacement
This guide will assist you in replacing the charging board of the Samsung Galaxy A71.
Step 1 | Charging port
Inspect the new charging board.
Step 2 | Back cover / Battery cover removal
Warm up the device to soften the adhesive.
- Use a plastic spudger to gently pry open the device.
Be cautious when removing the back case — risk of damaging internal components.
Step 3 | Phillips screws and SIM Tray
Remove all Phillips screws.
- Also remove the SIM Tray.
Step 4 | Middle frame removal
Be cautious when separating the middle frame, taking care not to damage any components.
- Use a spudger to carefully separate the middle frame.
Step 5 | Battery, Main flex cable, etc.
Do not puncture the battery.
- Disconnect the battery.
- One by one, disconnect:
- Display flex cable
- Coaxial antenna connector
- Fingerprint Sensor
- Main flex cable
- Remove the two Phillips screws securing the Fingerprint sensor.
Step 6 | Installing the new charging board.
Be cautious when handling the charging board.
- Pry out the old charging board using a suitable tool.
- Install the new charging board securely.
