Step 1 | Reset Camera App

Go to Settings, Apps, and select Camera.

  • Select Storage and clear both Cached data and Clear cache.
  • Finally, Force stop the app and test the camera.

Step 2 | Factory reset

Go to Settings, then navigate to General Management.

  • Select Factory Data Reset and choose Reset.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the factory reset.

After the reset, try using the camera to verify its functionality.

Step 3 | Battery cover and Middle frame removal

Heat the device with a hot air gun.

  • Use a suction cup and plastic tools to carefully separate the battery cover.

Step 4 | Middle frame removal

  • Remove the SIM Tray.
  • Use a plastic tool to detach the middle frame.

Step 5 | Front camera replacement

Disconnect the battery.

  • Remove and discard the faulty front camera module.
  • Install a new front camera module, ensuring secure connection.
