Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) Display Assembly Replacement

Step 1 | Display Assembly

The Display Assembly (Screen With Frame) is recommended for repair due to its comprehensive coverage.

Step 2 | Battery Cover Removal

Apply hot air to warm the device.

Let the adhesive soften for a few minutes.

Be careful when separating the back cover, as it may still be attached with adhesive.

Use a Suction Cup and a plastic opening tool (Paying cart) to carefully separate the back cover.

Step 3 | Middle Frame Removal

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove all 9 screws.
Remove the middle frame with plastic tools.

Step 4 | Test New Spare Part

Disconnect the battery.

Do not install the new screen without first testing its functionality.

Step 5 | Sub board Cover Removal

Remove the Sub board cover using a Phillips Screwdriver and a plastic tool.

Step 6 | Logic Board Removal

Remove the black Phillips screw.

Gently lift out the Motherboard

Step 7 | Sub Board Removal

Disconnect the power to prevent any accidental startup.

Warm the Antenna Sub-PBA board slightly using a hair dryer or heat gun.
Remove the Antenna Sub-PBA board carefully by pulling it straight out of its socket.

Step 8 | Receiver, Vibrator, Loudspeaker, Battery Transfer

Remove the vibrator motor, loudspeaker, and receiver from the old screen frame.

Use hot air and plastic tools to carefully remove the battery.

Step 9 | That's all friends
