Completely power off your phone and remove the SIM card holder before disassembling.

Secure a suction handle to the back cover's edge, as close as possible.

If the back cover is cracked, try lifting it with strong tape or superglue the suction handle in place and let it cure.

  • Lift the back cover with the suction handle to create a small gap between the cover and frame.
  • It may take several attempts; if stuck, apply more heat following iOpener instructions to avoid overheating.

Insert an opening pick into the created gap, then slide it along the phone's side to cut the adhesive. Leave the pick in place to prevent resealing.
