Step 1 | Display Touch Screen Assembly Spare part

Remove the Display Touch Screen Assembly with Frame.

  • Begin by disconnecting any cables connected to the display.
  • Carefully lift the assembly out of its frame, taking note of any retaining clips or screws.

Step 2 | Back Cover Removal

  • Remove the SIM tray.
  • To proceed, use a plastic opening tool to remove the back cover.
  • When removed, press the Touch ID to unstick it from the back cover.

Step 3 | Fingerprint Sensor Removal

Use a Phillips Screwdriver to remove all the screws.

  • Employ a Plastic Opening Tool to safely detach:
    • The Antenna Assembly
    • The Touch ID Fingerprint Sensor, disconnecting and then removing it completely.

Step 4 | Logic Board Cover Removal

Remove the Logic Board Plastic Cover.

  • Remove the Sup-board Plastic Cover.

Step 5 | Test the New Spare part

Disconnect the battery first to avoid any accidental power-ons.

  • Insert the spare part into its designated slot.
  • Verify the spare part's proper installation and function.

Step 6 | Logic Board Removal - Part 1

  • Disconnect the Battery.
  • Separate the Sup-board Flex Cable.
  • Release the Coaxial Antenna Cables

Step 7 | Logic Board Removal - Part 2

  • Detach the Sup-board Flex Cable.
  • Remove the Volume buttons Flex Cable.
  • Carefully lift out the Logic board, taking note of the camera locations to avoid damage.

Step 8 | Sup-board removal

Do not apply excessive heat — risk of damaging the surrounding components.

  • Apply hot air to soften the adhesive.
  • Remove the sub-board using a plastic spudger.

Step 9 | Battery Removal

Apply a few drops of alcohol to the battery terminals.

Allow the device to warm up for a short period of time.

Step 10 | Transfer the Receiver, Loudspeaker and the Vibration-motor

Transfer Rceiver, Vibromotor, and Loudspeaker.

  • Remove transport tapes from Silicon Thermal Pad
  • Remove transport tapes from Front Camera Hole

Use Hot Air to facilitate the removal process.

Install the battery to the new frame using double-sided adhesive tape.
