Samsung Galaxy A20e Back Cover Replacement

Power off the Galaxy A20e and disconnect from charger.

• Insert a SIM card eject tool, SIM eject bit, or straightened paper clip into the SIM tray hole on left side of phone.
• Eject the SIM card tray by pressing firmly into the hole.
• Remove the SIM card tray.
• When reinserting cards, ensure proper orientation in the tray.

Locate the plastic clips securing the back cover.

• Insert a pick into the gap between the screen and the back cover, positioned on the left edge next to the SIM-eject tool hole.

Insert an opening pick at the bottom left corner and slide it around to release the plastic clips.

Slide the opening pick along the bottom edge of the device.

• Continue until the plastic clips are released.

Hold the opening pick and slide it along the right edge until you reach the top right corner.

• The plastic clips should now be unclipped.

Remove the back cover screws.

• Pry the back cover away from the phone assembly using a spudger.
• Gently lift the back cover off the phone assembly.
