Insert a SIM card eject tool, eject pin, or a straightened paperclip into the small hole.

Press firmly — be cautious not to damage the SIM card tray.

Remove the SIM card tray from the phone.

• The SIM card(s) and SD card will fall out when removed.
• When reinserting, ensure they are in the correct slots and orientation.

For dual-SIM versions, carefully place each SIM card in its corresponding slot to match the phone lines.

• Locate the plastic clips holding the back cover in place.

Slide the opening pick to the bottom left corner to release the clips.

Insert the opening pick at the top left edge and slide it down the left side, releasing the clips.

Insert an opening pick at the top left corner and slide it to the top right corner.

Start at the top right corner and slide the opening pick down to the bottom right corner.

• This will release the remaining clips.

Remove the back cover.
