Locate the slit on the Samsung Galaxy S's bottom edge.
Insert the spudger edge into the slit on the phone.
Unscrew the six silver screws using a screwdriver. If stuck, use a spudger to gently pry them loose.
Separate the Main Case from the LCD Touchscreen.
Insert the spudger into the gap beside the grey rubber rectangular component and gently pry it free.
Insert the spudger into the groove between the speaker and the main case, prying gently.
Use a plastic opening tool to release the black square component, highlighted in blue.
