Samsung Exhibit II 4G Loudspeaker Replacement

• Position the plastic opening tool under the back cover.
• Apply steady pressure with a downward motion to release the back cover.

Position the plastic opening tool under the battery.

Apply gentle prying motion to remove the battery.

• Insert a plastic opening tool under the back cover.
• Pry the top cover upward to remove it from the device.

Remove the top cover.

• Remove the four 3.8mm Phillips #000 screws from the top cover.
• Remove another two Phillips #000 screws from the back assembly.

Insert the plastic opening tool under the top cover.

Slide the top cover away from the phone using your hand.

• Remove the four 3.8mm Phillips #000 screws that secure the back assembly.

Insert the plastic opening tool between the back assembly and the phone.

Pry the back assembly away from the phone using the plastic opening tool.

Continue prying around the edge of the back assembly with a plastic opening tool.

Remove the back panel assembly and gently pull it away from the main device body.

Position the Back Panel Assembly with the internal Loudspeaker unit facing up.

• Grasp the Back Panel Assembly near the Loudspeaker using your index fingers and thumbs.
• Twist your palms inward to apply pressure, allowing the Loudspeaker to easily pop out.
