Step 1 | Phone Case
Locate the device's plastic backing.
- Slide your fingernail along the edge of the backing to release the adhesive.
- Pull the backing away from the device; it will snap free when released.
Step 2
Gently pull at the plastic backing until you hear the snap sound, then continue to remove it.
Step 3 | Battery
Grasp the battery and pull its edge upwards to remove it.
