Samsung Epic 4G Touch Battery Replacement
This guide is for replacing the battery.
Step 1 | Rear Case
Insert a plastic opening tool or your fingernail into the opening near the left side of the headphone jack.
- Pry the tool downward to release the rear case from its clips securing it to the midframe.
Step 2
Remove the rear case.
Step 3 | Battery
Insert a plastic opening tool into the gap between the battery and midframe, near the bottom left corner.
- Pry the battery upward by pushing down on the plastic opening tool.
Step 4
Remove the battery from the midframe.
- Lift the battery out of its housing.
- Gently pull it away from the midframe.
