Samsung Captivate Battery Replacement

Replace your device's battery with these steps.

Press the bottom section of the phone to release the back cover.

  • Slide the bottom piece downward.
  • Lift up the back cover carefully.

Step 2

Place your finger under the battery and carefully lift it out.

  • Finger Rest must be placed under the battery
  • Lift the battery upwards gently.

Step 3

Remove the old battery and discard it.

  • Take the new battery and insert it into its designated compartment.
  • Make sure the battery terminals are securely seated.
